THE DESIGNER....

after her three hour nap...kidding...or maybe not? It was a long drive, I forgive her. The booth with tent and banner looked great. The turnout at this Pride event was fantastic. We definitely are developing a serious following from those who want something different from the "average" Pride tee. Thanks again everyone for the support and positive energy!!!!

THE DRIVE....

The drive from Jersey City to Harrisburg, PA was about three hours...not that scenic but I was able to catch a few photos.

HARRISBURG, PA PRIDE....IN THE BEGINNING

While I'm happy we finally have our own tent....see "WE HAVE A TENT" post. LOL It takes us about an hour or so to set up everything. The end result of course is always great. :-)

RIVERFRONT PARK

The Harrisburg, PA Pride Festival was held in the scenic Riverfront Park. We couldn't ask for a better day...weather wise that is, or view.

SHOWING PRIDE AND SENDING A MESSAGE

The messages were creative and expressed hope, pride and unity for all. It was a sight to see all the families at Harrisburg Pride. Makes you wonder what is the big deal about same-sex marriages....but thats for another blog entirely!

HARRISBURG HATEMONGERS

The day overall was a peaceful one, however there were those who insisted on harrassing and spewing words of hate, against those who marched in the parade, or those who just happened the cross their path. The feel good club music played by the parade organizers drowned out some of their rhetoric.
